For Picnic, wedding, consignment sale, other like use is $100.00 per day.

In addition, the department also assists interested parties with the Franklin County Growth Plan, information on Planning Regions, and information on Building Codes.
Dry Creek Beach
Off Season Rental (Company picnic, church group, wedding, anniversary, club meeting, etc.) is $150/day. Open Season Rental of the large Pavilion is $15 for the first hour and $5 for each additional hour. In Season Rental after hours is $75. Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday from 9:00 a.m. till 7:00 p.m.
Open from Memorial Day - Labor Day, **NO PETS ALLOWED**
Southern Middle Tennessee Pavilion
1/2 day riding or barrel racing practice is $75.00 and whole day is $150.00. For special event pricing such as rodeo, circus, tractor pull, car show, consignment sale, or barrel racing event, and all other for profit events is $800/day plus insurance. Book and hold a minimum of 5 events per year at $550 plus insurance. Tractor Rental is $150/day which includes 1 tank of fuel. Kitchen Rental is $75/day.
