The legal system includes Circuit Court with 3 judges; Judge Bradley D. Sherman Part I, Judge John H. Cameron Part II and Judge Justin C. Angel Part III. General Sessions Court and Juvenile Court are presided over by Judge David L. Stewart while Chancery Court is presided over by Chancellor Melissa Thomas Willis.
