For Picnic, wedding, consignment sale, other like use is $100.00 per day.

Dry Creek Beach
Off Season Rental (Company picnic, weddings, anniversary, club meeting, etc.) is $150.00 per day. Open Season Rental for one of the back Pavilions is $50.00 for the first 2 hours and $25.00 per hour after that. Special event rates such as paid for profit or other events may differ in price. Southern Middle Tennessee Pavilion
1/2 day riding or barrel racing practice is $75.00 and whole day is $150.00. For special event pricing such as rodeo, circus, tractor pull, car show, consignment sale, or barrel racing event, and all other for profit events is $800/day plus insurance. Book and hold a minimum of 5 events per year at $550 plus insurance. Tractor Rental is $150/day which includes 1 tank of fuel. Kitchen Rental is $75/day.
